The 'One-Shot': Stitching Seamless Long Takes with AI
The "One-Shot": Stitching Seamless Long Takes with AI
The hallmark of a master director is the "One-Shot" (the continuous long take). While Seedance 2.0 generates clips in 5-second bursts, you can achieve the illusion of an infinite take.
The "Tail-to-Head" Technique
1. Generate Clip A. (e.g., A camera pushing through a hallway).
2. Extract the Final Frame. Take the very last frame of Clip A and save it.
3. Use as Reference. Upload that final frame as the starting Reference Image for Clip B.
4. Continue the Prompt. Ensure the prompt for Clip B continues the exact same camera motion ("Pushing forward...") as Clip A.
Hiding the Cut
If the transition isn't 100% pixel-perfect, use a "whip pan" or "motion blur" modifier at the end of Clip A and the start of Clip B. The viewer's eye won't catch the stitch during high movement.
